GNU-Octave System software was designed to obtain 3D/2D Graphical Optimization for Molecular Effect Model (MEM) in [ Tl- Sn-Pb-Ba-Si-Mn-Mg-Cu-O ] High Temperature Superconductors (HTSCs) class exclusively TC > 0° ]. The study results show two parts, namely, 3D and 2D/3D MEM optimization review. Series of 2D graphs with increasing ILS polynomial degree are developed demonstrate the equaling this HTSCs class. Comparisons Matlab solutions from previous contributions were also presented. Results comprise Inverse Tikhonov Regularization algorithms mathematical methods Solutions prove Numerical/Graphical coincidence between experimental data is proven. norm-residuals be acceptable low. Electronics Physics applications optimal selection/constraints explained. Invention Superconducting Multifunctional Transmission Line proposed [Casesnoves, 2021].
